Miguel Vadillo

Miguel Vadillo arrived to Canada in 2004 hired, to be the Modern Pentathlon Coach for Ontario.  He developed training programs for grassroots pentathletes in the province and has coached swimming for his local club, the Guelph Marlins, for over 8 years helping athletes to achieve their goals, including two bronze medal achievements at the Triathlon World Championships. An Ironman distance triathlete and open water marathon swimmer, in 2010 Miguel became the 44th person in history to successfully swim across Lake Ontario from Niagara-on-the-Lake to Toronto.

Katie White is a former elite athlete who competed internationally for Canada in modern pentathlon. Her professional expertise in management, marketing and operations in a national franchise corporation is enhanced by experience in a highly demanding, high-pressure sport environment. She has been personal trainer and healthy lifestyle adviser to many people over the last 4 years seeing individuals reach their personal potential in health, fitness, and sport.
